We just wanted to let you know AGAIN(!!!) how much we enjoyed our time in Mooloolaba! Everything was organized so well from the moment we boarded Sun Air's shuttle in Brisbane up to the very last minute of our holiday.

We received the warmest of welcomes on arrival at Oceans and were pampered like pompous rock stars!! Colleen and the girls spoiled us to bits and every small detail was attended to. We only had to dream of something and it was already arranged or organized!!! On arrival an enormous hamper awaited us filled with lots of breakfast goodies and we were both convinced that some one must have been spying on us because it contained all our holiday favorites. The apartment was stunning to say the least and we could easily get used to living amongst such luxury. The attention to detail such as soft music and mood lighting that welcomed us "home" everyday was always subtle yet so special. Too bad we couldn't sneak the team in to our luggage to continue the pampering back home!

The weather was just a perfect 10 and must have been ordered especially for us! The beach is awesome and the water brilliant! The girls at Oceans magically equipped each of us with a boogie board and need we say more..... We surfed the waves like old pro's.....!!! We also took long strolls along the beach every afternoon and the sunsets are simply amazing. Mooloolaba just has so much to offer!

We had such a wonderful time and Mooloolaba stole a piece of our heart. We will definitely be back for more in the very near future!

Dear Sir/Madam,

Earlier this month we had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and we would like to take this opportunity to let you know what a wonderful experience it was.

We were lucky enough to have one of your 3 bedroom suites on the pool level. The facilities in the suite were both extensive and luxurious, and our children loved the direct access to the pool area. Your carpark was clean and easily accessible from our room, which is not always the case.

The many interactions we had with your staff efficient, effective, helpful and friendly. They really are your best asset and couldn’t have made our stay any more pleasant – a big “THANK YOU” to Leicia and Jade.

During our stay I injured my shoulder and Jade was kind enough to recommend Jacqueline from Dynamic Massage. Jackie was great and I’m sure the treatment she performed enabled me to enjoy the remainder of our holiday in some comfort.

Running our own business, family time is jealously guarded and our annual trip to Queensland is one we really look forward to. We are already our 2008 trip- and our return to your hotel. On our next visit we will be staying the full 2 weeks with you- a testament to your fine hotel.

This year another 3 family friends also traveled to the Sunshine Coast and we have raved about your hotel – so we hope you will get some well deserved benefit from this.
