Oceans is centrally located on Mooloolaba Esplanade, easily accessible from both Brisbane and Sunshine Coast airports by transfer. Mooloolaba enjoys a year round swimming beach, with average summer temperatures range from 17°C/63F to 29°C/85F. Winters are mild and sunny with average temperatures ranging from 7°C/45F to 22°C/72F.

Two Bedroom Suite

The two bedroom suites set the benchmark for design excellence which is carried through all room types, however each individual suite has been built to maximise exposure to its ocean views through floor to ceiling windows.

Two Bedroom Penthouse

The Two Bedroom Penthouse offers a similar layout to the two bedroom suites but has the additional luxury of a private rooftop terrace, heated 6 person tiled spa and gas BBQ with sink and bar fridge which can be accessed via private stairs.

Three Bedroom Suite

Three Bedroom Suites continue the design concept of understated glamour and refinement with open plan layouts and flowing spaces and are located on levels 2 through 6 on the wings of the building.

Three Bedroom Superior

3 Bedroom Superior Suites have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Superior rooms offer additional wine fridges in the kitchen and have amazing 180 degree ocean views from their centre position in the building.

Three Bedroom Deluxe

Deluxe suites are much more spacious then the standard suites and have an additional sitting room. The balcony is larger and all deluxe suites are located on levels 7-9 on the edge of the building and offer north west or north east views.

Three Bedroom Penthouse

This Penthouse Suite contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, located on level 10 with expansive upstairs entertainment area with an outdoor kitchen, heated lap pool and lounge area.

Four Bedroom Penthouse

The Suite contains 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus powder room and an entertainment room as well as an expansive upstairs entertainment area with an outdoor kitchen & bar area, 10m heated lap pool and large spa. This penthouse sleeps up to 10 persons, bedding is 1 king, 1 queen, 2 singles and 2 sets of bunks.

The pool, spa, steam room and gymnasium are conveniently close to each other for all your relaxation and leisure needs. The magnificent pool deck with sunlounges and childrens' wading pool are surrounded by calming water sculptures and landscaped gardens.

Theatrette

Oceans theatrette features a mounted projector, fixed frame screen and integrated wall speakers, all controlled by a wall mounted colour touch screen. With seating for 14 people in leather chairs with ottomans, this private cinema is available for hire by guests or professional presentations.

Mooloolaba and the Sunshine Coast have numerous attractions entertaining both young and old during their stay. Tickets to all attractions and tours are available through Reception.
